The welding fume is sucked thought the open slots of welding table affected by an additional air stream coming from above.

Basic version: the additional air stream is fed via a nozzle bar on the helmet with a simultaneous fresh air supply into the breathing area (inwards).

At a height of 2.3 m, the table is equipped with a frame rack with welding curtains providing a relatively enclosed canopy. The centre of the frame steelwork is aerated by two adjustable ceiling fans pushing the welding fume downwards. Additionally, the frame rack features lighting fixtures ensuring good vision in the canopy. As an entity with the curtains it is swivelable upwards to ensure placement by crane.

Work pieces which require a lot of one-sided welding seams inevitably are distorted by means of shrink tension.

Table surfaces, which are pre-clamped by pneumatic or hydraulic in defined curves and radii before the start of welding process, gives the possibility to produce such pieces nearly free of weld warping.
